Default Natural wireless mouse 6000 trouble

Since installing the wireless natural 6000 mouse my screen saver doesn't
come on regardless of how I set it and the computer never goes into a sleep
mode. Using windows vista.
Any fix???

Thanks

Default Natural wireless mouse 6000 trouble

Hi Bub,

This is a known problem with some wireless input devices. The solution is
generally to remove the supporting software that came in the box, then
download and install the most recent release from the device manufacturer.

Hi,

Install this update: "Microsoft HID Non-User Input Data Filter". You can
get it by going to Start - Control Panel - Windows Update - Check for
Updates
