I'm seeing an issue in Vista SP1 where the computer is getting dns servers
and search list through DHCP. If the DHCPv6 server is sending corp.microsoft.com then the actual Vista Client is showing Connection-specific DNS Suffix Search List : corp microsoft com This breaks dns resolution as the computer will check the following if it is trying to access a host named server01 server01.com server01.microsoft server01.corp rather than server01.corp.microsoft.com Is anyone else seeing this and how would I get it opened as a bug report? |
