Vista Offer Assistance Does Not Work
I am trying to get the Offer Assistance functionality enabled between
two Vista Business SP1 that are in a single domain. No firewalls, no VPN, can ping via name and IP address, can connect to remote desktop but when you try to Offer Assistance it says "Your offer to help could not be sent". I have seen dozens of postings with similar issues but no real resolution. Any thoughts?
