did you reboot after the install so the printer spooler service restarts?
during setup the printer spooler is stopped, so its possible it didn't restart causing all your printers to fail. restarting the printer spooler should solve the problem. You can also check at http://www.getfaxing.com/support.htm go to the support forums link. "DMD31842" wrote in message ... OK. I re-installed the program and my printers are working. For some
reason I do not have a desktop icon for winfax in spite of the fact I asked for that during the installation. In windows explorer I see the folder Winfax but now I do not know how to get that shortcut so I can try the program. Can someone help? i'd suggest asking in the forums at the getfaxing.com site as this newsgroup
is for Microsoft Vista Printing Faxing & Scan, not WinFax "DMD31842" wrote in message ... OK. I re-installed the program and my printers are working. Go to start/all programs and find WinFax program. Put cursor on program and
right click then copy. Next put cursor on desktop and right click and press paste. This will put a desktop icon of the program on your desktop. -- Walt "DMD31842" wrote in message ... OK.
