Hello alejangomez, You should be able to repair/restore those files yourself by following the steps I outlined in my reply to your PM. In case you didn't get it : I would first do a system restore to a point before the problem started http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76...store-how.html If that doesn't work, you could try the SFC command http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66...c-command.html Then I would do a repair install - proper MS install dvd is needed for this http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88...all-vista.html Also see http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/10...-sequence.html If you have some sort of manufacturer recovery disk/partition, you could use that to restre your machine to it's factory settings - of course you would lose any data - so copy anything you need onto an external drive, or cd/dvd's beforehand. Hope it helps SIW2 -- SIW2 |

Hi, SIW2 thanks for the answers but: Sadly my system restore its turn off, I've tried the sfc command unsuccessfully. my notebook have a recovery disk/partition but restoring to the factory settings will be complicated because I would have to install all over again instead of replacing those 4 files. I sent a message to another user who had the same error page and it solve it http://www.vistax64.com/vista-perfor...anot-load.html thanks again. sorry the speeling -- alejangomez |
