Default Remote desktop and local printers

Help

I have vista home and I connect via a vpn and remote desktop to a windows
2003 server. I have selected to share my local printers with the remote
desktop. My XPS and fax printer shows up on the remote but not the actual
printer. They are both x86 machine and the printer is an HP laser connect
via USB on the DOT4 port.

Please advise on how I can print from the remote computer to my local printer.
