Default Limitated Conection

I'm trying to put my ethernet conection on Private (Home User) , but when i
boot my pc , the conection come back to public , and i not can conect on the
internet because public ethernet on my windows is limitated.

Conclusion , on the public configuration my IPv6 an IPv4 is limtated and i
canot conect on internet, and on Private conection my IPv4 is normal , my
IPv6 is limitated , and i can conect on internet . When i restart my computer
the configuration come back , and i lose all time to put this again.

Need more information on what you are connecting too.i.e router, Broadband
modem, Wireless,

It sounds like in public mode you are not getting DHCP

And for some reason Vista does not see the network when it comes up and may
think it is a new network.

What brand of network card are you using?
