I have dual NICs in my Vista Pc but Vista does not use both. It will switch between but I can't find a way to get Vista to balance network traffic across the two NICs. Any ideas -- chasgman Charlie AV Guy Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |

switch between but I can't find a way to get Vista to balance network traffic across the two NICs. Any ideas Are you connecting to one network, or two? If it's one network then does your switch support interface teaming? And does the NIC driver? Nothing will 'automagically' use two connections for 'more' connectivity. |

Hi
Load Balancing with two NICs need special equipment, it can be done with regular Clint OS in Home environment. Vista as well as other client OS' are sold to Business and Enterprise too. In their hardware/software environment some extra Network configuration are available. Jack (MS, MVP-Networking) "chasgman" wrote in message ...
