Default Vista Ultimate 32 Upgrade Problems

I tried to install Vista Ultimate and it crashed twice during install,
so I grabed Vista Business and installed it and it works fine.

I am trying to figure out what is different between the 2 that would
let Biz install and not Ultimate.

Any Ideas?

Are you doing a clean install on a freshly formatted drive or trying to
do an upgrade. If you are trying to do an upgrade I would strongly
suggest you backup your data, format the drive, and start from scratch.
You will have less issues overall with this approach.
