Default Disappering DVD on Vista 32bit

hello!

does anyone have an idea how to solve the "disappearing DVD" problem
on Vista?
The only solution I know is putting computer to sleep and then waking
it up, but that's just silly, there's gotta be some hotfix or something.

...anyone? The problem is still there. I did what the Microsoft said in
that KB article (delete two keys in registry) but it didn't work.

Hi,

When you reboot, how does the BIOS report the drive?
