Where can I find a list of video cards that not only supports vista, but
will support windows 7 as well?

At this point, it is impossible to know whether video card manufacturers
will properly support Windows 7..

We'll know in 2 years when Windows 7 is released.

As others have posted - you are not really guaranteed to have support in
Win7 by the device manufacturer (as support is controlled by a 3rd party,
and not Microsoft). So take the following as 'best information', and not
written in stone.

One key feature that Microsoft is working for is to ensure that devices that
work in Vista should also work with Win7. So if the device supports Aero
today, it should support the same in Win7.

I, personally, would aim at something in the $120 to $150 (USD) range. This
should buy you a quality card that will most likely support everything you
want.

ATI/AMD already has "ATI Catalyst Windows 7 Preview Driver Package "
available, so thats one graphics card company that probably will support
Windows 7. You can do a search on their web site for more info.
