Default Wireless Problems

I bought a new laptop yesterday Acer Aspire 5920G 4GB RAM Intel Dual
Core.

Yesterday afternoon my internet was working fine. In the evening
however I was only getting a Local Only connection I could still ping my
new laptop with the old one and ping the router with both. This morning
I can't do a traceroute or ping the new laptop. It says reply from
192.168.0.3 (I'm pinging 0.2) destination host unreachable.

Also when I went into IPconfig this morning I got;

Autoconfiguration IPv4 address; 169.254.250.64 (it was 192.168.0.2)

And the subnet mask is now a class B 255.255.0.0?

With no default gateway listed.

Just looked in device manager and is a exclamation mark on 6T04 network
adapter is it safe to uninstall? Will it reinstall after rebooting?

The IPconfig output shows that the network connection couldn't get an
IP address from your router's DHCP server. That could be because it
didn't successfully connect to your wireless network. Make sure that
it's connected, then check IPConfig again.

The 6T04 network adapter isn't related to your wireless network, and
it's safe to disable it. See the answer here from Microsoft Online
