Is it possible that the Vista drivers for the Motorola USB Bluetooth drivers
are not installed or that they only support Motorola Telephones.

Vista will put pug & Play drivers on your PC for you so that the Motorola
USB Bluetooth Work.
But you need to put the software for Motorola USB Bluetooth on your PC. To
see The Bluetooth icon in control panel.
