Default Marvell NIC loose connectivity when resuming

OK. This just started happening on my Vista x64 RTM Ultimate. When
resuming from suspend, my onboard Marvell GB NIC will show only an Internet
connection but not a domain connection (which it should be). The machine
can obtain and IP via DHCP from my SBS2003 server but it will not be able to
contact the server to resolve DNS queries or anything else. The Vista x64
RTM machince can ping the SBS2003 server via IP but not via its name.

But once I disable the NIC and re-enable, then everything comes back. I
think this must be a bug somewhere but it just started happening to me. No
new software/drivers were installed since it last worked without
issue.......
