Default internal keyboard not working

Hi,
I "fiddled" with my partitions (deleted one and expanded the remaining
one) on my Lenovo T61p laptop and now the internal keyboard and
"mousecontrollers" will not work!
I have tried connecting an USB mouse and that works. I have also tried
a keyboard (wireless USB) but that does NOT work.
The keyboard works fine until Vista boots (even in bootselector).
I think the problem might be a corrupted driver file on my Vista
installation.
I do NOT have system restore point available.
I have been googling and reading post on same issue (on this forum too)
but I have not seen anyone really having a solution applicable to my
laptop.

Any one got a suggestion?

Go to the Lenovo site and find your drivers

You said a wireless USB keyboard - I am not sure what that means -
does not work when connected. Do you have a regular keyboard you can
use?

At this point, buying one would be cost-effective. You can find cheap
ones.

Can you log in via safe mode? If so, go there and uninstall the keyboard
driver.

Also, Vista has a 'virtual' keyboard you can use to enter your password with
your mouse. Check your logon screen for an icon (I've seen it on the right
side of the password textbox, and on the bottom left of the logon screen) -
and use your usb mouse to login.
