SEAGATE SERIAL ATA HD
Hi,
Your post is unclear. Are you having difficulty accessing the drive during setup? Or have you added a drive to an existing installation and cannot locate it in Windows Explorer? If during setup, you may need to add a manufacturer's sata driver via floppy, CD, or thumb drive at the point where you choose the installation location prior to creating the system volume. If to an existing installation, you likely need to run disk manager (diskmgmt.msc) and create a volume by right clicking the unallocated space, then format it before you can use it for data storage. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "Abeekuh" wrote in message ...
