Default Windows OPK?

I ordered a copy of the OEM version of Vista to install on my newly built
computer.The box says I need to pre install the OPK on the computer
first,but to get it from microsoft I need to enroll as a business parter.Is
ths nesessary?

Hi,

No, it is not necessary. The idea of the OEM kit is for system builders to
preinstall it using that kit, but it is in no way necessary.
