Default Seeing NAS folders

Hi All,

A little while ago I bought a QNAP TS109 NAS to store my music/photos
etc on but for some reason I can't see it from "Network" on my Vista
Home Premium laptop. On my wife's Vista Home Basic laptop it appears
just fine. Is there a way to copy all her network settings onto my
computer? I've spent ages tweaking all sorts of different settings in
Vista to try and make my computer work and every setting I can find is
identical to my wife's computer... but mine still doesn't work.

(As a possible clue: GNAP supply "finder" software with their NAS. If
I run this on my machine and choose "open in file explorer" the NAS
folders open in an explorer but under "Network192.168.0.3". But the
IP address "folder" still doesn't show if I just browse to "Network".)

All help gratefully received!

Thanks,
Adam
