Default Misterious foreign IP address

The following were returned in response to netstat -n:
************************************************** ***
Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP X.X.X.X:X 74.192.20.210:6439 Established
************************************************** ***
Note that X.X.X.X:X are my local address and port #.

The foreign address appears to be that of Suddenlink Communications.
I have nothing to do with this company. I wonder why their IP shows up
as above. Could anyone shed light on this?

The port value at your end (the X after the : on the local address) may
provide a clue as to what the connection is about.
netstat -b -o
will also provide additional information as to what process at your end is
using the link.

Thank you for your response.
The IP no longer shows now but I tried the suggested netsat
command(netstat -b -o). The result indicates that the IP mentioned in my
OP appears to be that of a Skype client. I do not remember the port #
of my local IP but it was not in those port-forwarded by the router.
Thank you again for your very enlightening response about netstat.
