Hi,

As the specs for your Inspiron indicate they can handle up to 4 dimms and
4GB of 800Mhz DDR2 ram, then I would say you would be safe. However, I noted
that the memory you indicated is currently out of stock.

To see what ram is compatible, you need to route around a bit for the
specifications of your motherboard and what ram its able to handle.

EDIT: By searching around a bit it looks likely that it will be
compatible.
