Default CANNOT ESTABLISH A CONNECTION

Hi
It can be few reasons including some that are beyond the OS control.
What the driver/setup is? In most cases even if the driver installation
tries to access the Internet it does not mean that can not be installed, or
manually downloaded from the OEM.
