I had been using Skype with no problems under Win XP.
Recently, I upgraded to Vista via a clean installation i.e. completely reformatting my hard disk and installing Vista Home Premium. I then reinstalled Skype. To my surprise, when I clicked the Skype dial button, there was no dialing sound at all. I have checked that my microphone, speaker, settings are all switched on, and not muted. Any advice. Many thanks |

Many thanks I am having the same problem. I can't find an answer anywhere. I've been to the Skype customer service page that is suggested below but that was no help. I've reloaded skype a couple of times. Thing is, when I first downloaded it on my newHP vista 64 bit machine it worked fine. Now it won't. Anybody know how to fix this? |
