I notice i was less disk space on my C drive, I was looking to what was taking up so much space and i notice my Windows folder taking up 20gb of space. Is this normal? Is there a way to get some of that space back?

Have you run the Disk Cleanup utility recently?

Computer - right-click "C" - Properties
