I ran Problem Reports and Solutions after recovering from a BSD, and the
"Solution for Windows" comes up with: The solution cannot be displayed Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The Microsoft server is encountering problems What you can try: Check your Internet connection. Try visiting a website, using your web browser to make sure you are connected. If your Internet connection is working, the server might be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Try again Clicking "Try again" brings me back to the same page. How do I get to the fix? Can I get to a history of fixes? |

I've got the same problem - supposedly a solution to my problem (errors while trying to Hibernate) exists, but I cannot find out what it is! -- maheshj |

I had precisely this problem. A solution existed relating to "problem caused
by NVIDIA driver" but I wasn't able to view it. I tried numerous things including disabling my firewall. I couldn't find a solution. I had a number of other problems that I hadn't checked for solutions for. Once I had 'checked for new solutions' for all of them it mysteriously started working again... ....don't know whether that helps anyone out, but I found absolutely no help on this subject anywhere else.
