Default USB Drivers Not Being Recognized

Hello, I have researched and researched. Have done almost everything I
can do. I I have a Creative Zen Vision M30g. All of a sudden I noticed
that it was not being recognized or sync'd when connect to my pc. I let
it go for a while but now I am back at trying to figure this thing out.
I went to Zen, they said it was a Native Driver. Whatever this is! I am
assuming something to do with the USB Drive. Well how can you help me.
I've removed the INF??? file in my windows file. I'm lost and think it
pretty unfair on creative not to offer a fix. I sure hope this forum
can. I will forever be indepbted to you.

Treva

In my experience Creative support has never been very helpful.
If your device is not being recognized but other USB devices are recognized
connected to the same port, and if possible the same cable, then the problem
is with your device.
One way of "flushing" the motherboard USB drivers in the system is to
uninstall them under control panel and reboot the computer. Windows will
reinstall all the motherboard USB drivers. All your USB peripherals will be
recognized as they were the first time they were installed so you may need
the drivers for some of your peripherals.

I don't know how to find the USB drivers. I know how to get in the
Device Manager, but I am not for certain I know which one is what. I am
going to try it.
