what is it called to share users in a network on different computer?
do i need windows server or is there steps?

Your question is unclear. If you mean having User Bob sit down at any
computer and find his profile, that is called "roaming profiles" and you
need to have a server running a server operating sytem.

If you mean having more than one user on a computer, of course that's
possible. Nothing prevents you from having User Bob on two computers, but
of course his profiles are actually different.

Please clarify.

Hi
If you have few computer connected together through a Switch or an Internet
connection Router you can share files Printers and other resources you do
not need a server.
Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,
