Filter Frequencies for Sound Output?
I just installed a TV tuner on my Vista box, and I get a very high-pitched
ringing (barely audible, but annoying) every time that it's turned on. Is there any way that I could use Windows to filter out this upper frequency? Thanks! - Henson |
