How turn off welcome screen and turn on old logon screen.

Default Turn off welcome screen.


You can remove the list of user accounts from the welcome screen and
force the user to type in a user account and password to log in by
changing the following setting:

* Press start
* Type: local security policy
* Press enter
* Expand local policies
* Click Security Options
* Double-click "Interactive Login: Do not display last user name"
* Check Enabled
* Click OK
