Hi,
What are the contents of this registry key's userinit string? HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon It should be only: C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe, ending with the comma. If there is additional lines, remove them. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "Siamack Hejazi" wrote in message ... I called micro soft support and paid 59 dollar and they jst for 1 week tried various things. They could not even get this problem solved. I put in my disk that restores it back to day 1 and now it works fine so far..I have no idea but when I restored it the problem stopped............DON |
