I have a co-worker who has a compac computer with Vista. They have had
it for almost a year and never has been connected to the internet. They
finally hooked it up and it had numerous updates. It would not get 7
updates. But now after the updates they get the blue screen and a page
fault in a non paged area error. Can you please let me if anyone has
expereinced this problem and if so how was it corrected.

Can't say that I have ever had a Compaq computer for one year not connected
to the internet. Maybe someone else has had one under said conditions.
