SP1 was downloaded and installed without a glitch.
SP1 was offered to me via Windows Update on September 2008. I hid it until
today and decided to install after all.
I do have a question : the size of my SP1 was only 53.8 MB, took me less
than 2 hours ( 5:46 pm - 7:20 pm ).
The size and time required were not what I was told. Any explanation ? Thank
you.

It only downloads the relevant parts, not the entire package.
