Default Initialize usb disk with vista

hi, I have got exactly the same problem so that makes two of us.

My pc runs with vista home premium 64bit. My hard drive was working
just fine with it but after I had used the disk in an other computer for
a while this problem occured when I connected it back to my home pc. I'm
guessing the fact that the other pc had windows xp has something to do
with this? Please halp! I hope the files can be saved.
