Default Vista home priemium to Vista Home basic network problems

Hello,

Configeration
Vista Home Prem -router-ps3
-switch-vista home basic
-xbox
both workgroups are workgroup
print sharing and file sharing is on
media sharing is on
when I look at the network I see both computers showig up as two admin pc's
(different names) and the xbox.

Both pcs and the xbox only show media sharing

On the home prem I have a brother printet that I can't find. the networking
icon on the task bar for the home prem shows connected to Workgroup but the
home basic just shows network,

both have internet access through the router
