have found another that defrags all drives and in the process scrunches up the data getting rid of the holes.
JkDefrag, comes in 32 and 64 bit flavors.
can be run as a task or left to run and work as you use windows.
different programs in the zip you download.

To the guy who suggested auslogics thanks ill check that one out in
