Default How to delete identical user accounts on home screen?

I am the only one that accesses my computer and I am the administrator.
When I turn on my lap top I have two icons on the log on screen. Both
icons are identical (same name, same password, same picture). No matter
which one I click on I will get to the same desktop however, sometimes
depending on which one I click, I may or may not be the administrator.
How can I delete the extra one?

Please help!!! I have spent DAYS on this!

One is Administrator account which has most of the admin privileges, the
other one is standard account which requires admin password (consent) on
some activities such as installing programs, changing settings etc.
DO NOT delete either one. Use the standard account for daily use, and the
administrator account for making changes.
