Default problem disconnecting vpn

Hi,

Vista Bussines 32 laptops vpn'd in to SBS 2003 server's. When trying to
disconnect
it hangs or appears to disconnect but does not. Vista becomes unresponsive.
Attempt to shutdown and \or log off have the circle spinning (hours, days)
until only option is to power down.

Any ideas appreciated,
Fernando Larrey

It could be the 3rd party software. For troubleshooting, try clean boot.
Please post back with the result.

Tough getting one of these units for a controled long term test. The only
common 3d party app betwe the units experiencing this would be Symantec
Endpoint Protection 11. Has anyone else experienced this symptom and do we
have any ideas as to what to get users to try in the field to get to the
bottom of it?

Thanks.
