My connection status says unknown acess is denied
i am running windows vista basic my network connection symbol has a red x and when i put my curor over it, it says connection status: unknown acess is denied. can you please tell me how to fix this problem -- dannatt

It is impossible to answer unless you post more details. Like what are you trying to connect to? Did you check in the Device manager that your wire, and or Wireless Network hardware is there and configured correctly? i'm trying to connect to a wirless network via a d-link. the device is working fine because my brother can connect to the same network and it was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. -- dannatt
