Default VIsta 32bit random BSOD


I am having random BSOD in what seems to only be windows environment, no
crashes whilst gaming. Most commonly BSOD about 1-2 minutes after
system startup. May happen once or twice more after that, sometimes it
only does the one BSOD at startup and then its fine.

Asus P5Q-PRO
E8400 3.0Ghz
MSI 8800GT
WD 640GB
WD 400GB
4GB RAM
BenQ E2200 HD monitor

The following is the error message that i receive upon system reboot:
