i run vista home basic and am havin a problem opening files. the window opens but after its loaded it shows nothing in there. i've tryed restoring de fragging virus adware and malware scans and all are fixed i am also having trouble updating norton 360. -- XENIA |

If you want to do a System Restore, disable Norton 1st, as it causes probs
