Default no red colour on screen or printer

I received an error message telling me " the red highlighted components are
in a state of error please pay urgebt attention to the configuration "

I tried going to start, control panel, add /remove components.

Wizard wont start - i get a message saying an other copy of this set up
program is running wait until it is completed.

What is running i can see nothing, i am really stuck on this one. If anyone
can help I would appreciate some feedback.

Many thanks

Renee

Hi Renee,

Right click on the taskbarclick on task manager.
In the task manager, you should see an "applications tab.
It should list the running applications, even if you can't see them.
If your problem app is ther, highlight it and hit the "End Task" button at
the bottom.

That should solve that message.
:-)
