Hi zaresh, Can you get to the install now option using your Vista dvd ? There are some downloadable .iso files that may help. Seatools for dos - boot in and check and fix disk errors - similar to chkdisk. 'Seagate Technology - SeaTools' (http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/sup...oads/seatools/) Gparted - bootable partition manager to delete your partitions prior to reinstall of Vista, if necessary 'SourceForge.net: GParted: Downloading ...' (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gpa...4&big_mirror=0) Selection of bootable antimalware apps. - if you think that is what is needed Kaspersky Rescue CD 'Index of /devbuilds/RescueDisk/' (http://dnl-eu10.kaspersky-labs.com/d...ds/RescueDisk/) BitDefender Rescue CD http://download.bitdefender.com/resc...escueCD_v2.iso Avira Rescue CD http://dl.antivir.de/down/vdf/rescuecd/rescuecd.iso These need to burned to separate cdr's using an iso burner - free one here ( do not format the cdr- if autoplay pops up, just close it). Avira includes an isoburner. http://www.ntfs.com/downloads/Iso-burner.zip Hope it helps SIW2 OK i was looking for a movie to watch and i think i was hacked so i quickly turned off my computer...now when i try to get on i cant get passed the green loading bar..i also cant start it in any of the safe modes.i can't start it with the vista disk and i dont no wat to do and dont want to pay to get it repaired....if there is a way to dump it with no disk or if i can download a cleaning file to put on a disk that would be help full....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! PS. i biuld my comp myself and it worked fine.....so no disk to reboot at all... zaresh -- SIW2 |
