"An unexpected internal error has occurred" while Scanning
This issue started a while back. I have an _HP_C6180_All-in-one_ machine. Whenever I try to scan using the HP Solution Center on my laptop, this error comes up. I can scan to a flashdrive by using the buttons on the unit itself so that's fine. I have un-installed the driver (with HP's help by way of their specialized windows cleanup utility software). I then re-installed the driver they gave me. Still a no-go. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except when I scan using the unit, it is suck in jpg mode so I can't scan to pdf which is why this needs to be fixed. They also had me uninstall my OpenHCD Host USB drive, which re-installed after restarting. I am on a wireless system and can print fine. Any Help? TracyJ -- TracyJ |

"An unexpected internal error has occurred" while Scanning
FYI, HP does have a fix for this sort of error but it is not compatable with Vista. 'HP Image Zone/Photo and Imaging Unexpected Internal Error and Communications Failure Patch*' (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s... pport/Redbox) TracyJ -- TracyJ |
