IPod Shuffle
I am still using RC1 and I cannot get the Itunes 7.02 to work with the new
shuffle. Can anyone tell me if the software and Shuffle works in the RTM? Or will I have to hope that Apple updates the software.

I have a shuffle working on vista ultimate rtm usinf itunes 7.0.2.16 seems

Many people have Ipods and Nanos and Shuffles working fine. What exactly is

I have done this on both the 5600 build, and the 5724 (?) build. Like an
idiot, I have lost my iso download of RC2 so I can't try it on that. Anyway, on the latest ITunes, on a fresh install of Vista, the Shuffle is recognized, but it will not update, nor will it load songs. I get error messages that the device cannot be written to. I have other computers that will stay WinXP, so it is not a problem, and since one of the above posters says it does seem to work on the RTM version, I am not too worried. The shuffle works just fine on XP. I had bought the shuffle on a trip to see my parents last week, and after the problems on Vista, I reinstalled XP in a frenzy (needed to know if the problem was Vista or the shuffle) and it the shuffle worked just fine.
