Default Vista takes an age to shutdown-Event Viewer help please?

Not sure what changed, but now it can take about 4-minutes to shut down
vista.

In the event log is shows that there is an issue, but linking to
Microsoft says it doesn't know what the problem is.

I have taken a screengrab showing the logs, but can anyone point me in
the direction to go from here, to actually track the program that is
causing the hang in shutdown.

I've zipped the image up and it can be d/l from mediafire.

Clicking the Microsoft help link brings me to the fantastic advice:

"Results for: Microsoft Product: Windows Operating System; Version:

Microsoft-Windows-Diagnostics-Performance;

No results were found for your query.\"

So I'm a little stuck here.

Can anyone help me with this. I even tried a System Restore to a point
way before the issue occurred, with no difference.

I have also tried the Registry edit to make it force quit programs that
are hanging, but didn't make a difference.

Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted, cheers, MP
