Default CMAK in Vista?

Hi All!

Is there any way to install Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK) in
Windows Vista (Bussnes, Enterprise)?

I see, CMAK is part of Windows 2008, and in Windows 7 Beta.
But in Vista?
