Default Need Help - Disk Space Cleanup Manager Has Stopped Working

Hello--

We have a client with a brand new laptop running Vista Business 32-bit OS,
and when he tries to launch the Disk Space Cleanup manager, he gets the error
that it has stopped working and an option to run a debug which he says does
no good.

I see workarounds online, but I am looking for a solution.

Thank you,

sd
