Default VISTA HP7410 driver has a bug

I have two HP laptops (a ZD8000 and a DV9000) both were customized by HP and
has BlueTooth and Wireless and came with WindowsXP. I had no problems
printing to my HP Officejet 7410.
Both laptop were given a clean install of Vista Ultimate (RTM). When I
added a printer to each it found the 7410 using Bluetooth/wireless and loaded
the software, but not the HP manager/director. When I attempted to print
portrait/duplex the backside of each page is head-to-foot (upside down), but
when I print landscape/duplex it prints correctly (head-to-head). I even
went into the Finishing tab and tried using “flip pages up” and it doesn’t
help. There’s something wrong with the driver.

I forwarded your message to one of the HP driver developers working here at
Microsoft. He can pass it to one of his testers.

Default VISTA HP7410 driver has a bug

this is a known bug that was opened in October so it did not make the bar
for Vista release.

Printing: Duplex printing won't format properly on HP OfficeJet 7410
All-in-One

Problem Description:
Duplex printing. Does not format page correctly. Will not print in book
like format, always have to flip pages and ordering is weird.

This would be a Windows Update fix or HP will release on their site.

Unsure on HP's priority or release method.

If they need a tester I'll be glad to do so.
