Default BSOD related to BCWML6.sys

Hi,
For about a year, I've been having occasional BSOD on my Dell XPS M1530
with Vista Home Premium 32-bit.

The specific error:

"Driver IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL...
Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x010E59E1, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8FE54E8E)
bcmwl6.sys- Address 8FE54E8E base at 8FE09000..."

Another one:
"Driver IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL...
Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x5B05400C, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8FC64413)
bcmwl6.sys- Address 0x8FC64413 base at 8FC02000..."

Each time the problem says its related to BCWML6.sys. It only happens
when I'm online on my wireless. Which is a built in Dell Wireless 1395
WLAN mini-card, produced by broadcom, and BCWML6.sys is one of it's
drivers.

I've done everything I can to resolve the problem; update all the
drivers, run diagnostics, do a factory restore etc.

I've had 4 dell tech support guys tell me four different causes and
solutions and none of them have worked.

I've attached two pictures of the BSODs.

Does anyone have a solution or is the Dell 1395 Lan Mini-card
defective?

Thanks,
Veo

Based on quite a number of google hits for this particular problem, the most
common issue is the router, not the computer.
If you take the computer out to a public Wi-Fi and link in, does it
still crash?

The second most common comment seems to be the thought that the HP wireless
LAN card is defective. Unfortunately, because the BIOS is typically locked
on these computers, you cannot simply swap it out with a different one.
