Check if you have other firewall software installed...
1. We solved the same issue by disabling RPC Filter in ISA but it may be similar issue in other firewalls. 2. Colegue of mine achieved same by configuring Vista to use older RPC protocol dont ask me how... But it not feasible to do on each Vista machine so we use 1. above instead.
