ERROR Message - Cannot Send e-mail Even after re-set up account
I was not able to send any e-mails from my account and sat a post that said I
should follow these instructions to re establish my account. See http://www.myembarq.com/files/embarq...ndows_mail.php and perform steps 4-14. I did this and then got these two ERROR Messages. After set-up and initiating the account: The host 'POP.mail.svap.org' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP.mail.svap.org', Server: 'POP.mail.svap.org', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D After being asked if I wanted to send outgoing mail: The host 'SMTP.mail.svap.org' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Subject 'Read: Transition at OSO', Account: 'POP.mail.svap.org', Server: 'SMTP.mail.svap.org', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D Will someone please help me get this problem resolved. Thank You.

You have the wrong POP and SMTP server names filled in. Look and read your link
that you posted correctly. You didn't follow the instructions in that link.
Nowhere in the instructions does it say to use POP.mail.svap.org or SMTP.mail.svap.org as the names for the mail servers.
